As I understand it, there’s a lot more to this story to be told. But the last line of the last episode that I saw sounded an awful lot like “the end”.

Particularly given the subject matter of the show, I’m not opposed to just switching to the light novel, but what do you think?

    At the end of Season 3, at the end of the episode, it went on with Benno telling Lutz to continue his work because “that weirdo” will want books, and Ferdinand telling Rozemyne that her new duty will be making a printing industry throughout the duchy, the last line in the anime is Rozemyne thinking that she will make lots and lots of books, as well as an ending screen saying “to be continued”

    That seems like pretty conclusive evidence that they plan on continuing the anime to me

      Ah! I think I missed the very end. I saw “The story to be told is over” and I assumed that meant the show was over.

      I’m so glad. I love bookchan. It and reincarnated as a slime are really nice stories.
