Win98SE is getting stuck at the boot screen after installation. I don’t personally see anything in the logs that indicates what the issue may be, but I’m a novice anyway.

I am not familiar with UTM, but if you want to use it for gaming, 86Box might work better because it supports 3D acceleration.
