I wouldn’t increase tolerances, at least not yet. Maybe reprint the parts that deal with the magnetic interface on your voron? I’ve been reprinting the odd part as I get my printer further along and print quality improves. Another thing to look at could be magnet strength. I bought a bunch of “ultra strong” 6mm x 3mm neo magnets on Amazon for my panel mounts. They’re strong enough for the job, but they’re nowhere near as strong as the magnets west 3D included in my printer kit.
