Even though it hasn’t ever been disclosed to the public, I am of the opinion that companies like Google and Microsoft are probably connected to the CIA or FBI or surveillance of the public which isn’t so crazy to think since websites like YouTube use google accounts for signing up and people reporting mass censorship of comments. Additionally, I think the only way to be safe is to use a private encrypted service like an email provider that is end-to-end encrypted while also masking an IP. I’m also curious to know how they would possibly tap into someone’s device for surveillance even when browsing in a private environment
