I did something this morning that I’ve done before, but not quite in the same way. I went to make coffee, ground the beans, filled the coffee make with water, and put a filter in part that holds the coffee. I didn’t put the coffee in the filter. When I went to get the first cup, there was only hot water- ugh 😱. All is well that ends well, I replaced the water and added the coffee grounds and voila hot coffee

It definitely feels like Monday, even if I don’t have to get dressed and go to work. One of those morning where nothing wants to go right. I’ll just tell myself to slow down and think about what I am doing. In the immortal words of Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Buckman (Down Periscope) “when you rush, that’s when accidents happen.”
