Each “upgrade” used the same license and never really got screwy until 10. Won’t go to 11. Edit: Actually I don’t think I even paid for that, I think it was an OEM license my dad got from his work.

I ruined my desktop trying to set it up with some web server functions and wiping it somehow got rid of the license. And so I paid to get rid of the watermark… boo! There you go one last scary story for the season.
