I am looking for a new machine for a project and a refurbished PC shop near me has two HP Omen machines with the following specs for more or less the same price;

Intel Core i7 14th Gen | 32 Gb Ram | 1 Tb SSD | 16 Gb NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super

Intel Core i7 13th Gen | 16 Gb Ram | 1 Tb SSD | 16 Gb NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080

I don’t really care what generation the CPU is from and Ram sticks are cheap enough that I don’t mind spending another 100eur down the road to upgrade to 32gb. Is there something else I am missing or should I just go with the 4080?
