So it turned out, that somehow i have two different VGA BIOS available with the exact same Version, but different capabilities.

Both are version: 94.02.26.C0.34

Yet they are not the same.

#1 has a power-limit of 111%, so the card goes up to 390W - and it runs fine with it. But with this version i cant enable resizeable bar.

#2 has a power-limit of 100%, so the card is limited to 350W. With this version i can enable resizeable bar though.

Is there somehow a possibility, that i can have BOTH 111% power limit AND resizeable bar?
