My cheap dodgy burritos. Onion and garlic, fry. Add mince and taco seasoning, fry. Grate cheese and wrap it all up in a flatbread, fry. Serve with tzatziki. My too tired to cook anything reasonable burrito. Edit: also served with some Valentino and Carribbean hot sauce #7

I’m also having quiche for dinner. I haven’t made an asparagus quiche in ages, haven’t cooked asparagus in ages.

So I snapped the spears at the natural breaking spot to remove the tough parts. Then cut in 5 cm lengths and steamed. Sauted some onion and a little garlic. Added black pepper. made the quiche mix , put in puff pastry pie crust and then topped with some grated cheddar and paprika.

first use of my new paprika shaker too. 😹 I bought some vintage china shakers, stuck some amusing stickers on for all the different spices I use as topping. I have cinnamon , cocoa and paprika shakers so far.

Every year my mum brings out Christmas salt & pepper shakers. Never had a spice in them. Purely decorative. Every year we laugh about them.
