What settings are you turning on to get PBO to take the CPU to 5.4Ghz? This is my first Ryzen CPU, so was tempted to just set an all core multiplier.

PBO: Advanced

Scalar: 10x

Curve: -25

Boost: 200Mhz

That is all I have changed (aside from XMP). Am I missing something? I assumed the 200Mhz boost would get it to 5.4, but with Cinebench 23, it just sits at 5.3GHz. Max from HWinfo was 5415Mhz, but it hits that once and sits at 5.3 after. Advice?
