$1/lb. I just got four apples to test and they are extraordinarily good.
These aren’t the cheapest apple’s I’ve ever had (that was like a $0.33/lb. fluke once), but that’s the lower range of apple prices here., and these honeycrisp are some of the best.
How do I take advantage of this? If I bought say… 20 lbs or more of apples, what can I do to preserve them? Spiralize them and save them for later? I think I have a spiralizer. Is it a waste of honeycrisp to make apple sauce from them? Apple chips?
