It appears that the poster is a native Hawaiian, some of which whom are anti-colonial us/pro Hawaiian independence movement. In that case, yes they do hate America. I had the pleasure of taking a class with a pro independence Hawaiian woman who was 19 years old many years ago. This was in the mainland United States and not Hawaii. She repeatedly used racist terminology to disparage and attack the white student body of the very not Hawaiian campus.
It was kind of weird, tbh. But she was a very angry person in general and not pleasant to talk to you. Not that she would actually interact or talk to white people, mind you.
