I am checking in 3 bags in total of 28 kg, 25 kg, and 10 kg. I have a total of 3 pcs with 23 kg max per bag. The third bag is already a purchased excess baggage, and I prefer not to rearrange my packed items. Will they let me check in with no issues? I’m flying from Manila to Toronto.
