So I recently overlocked my 12700k to help with pregenerating chunks in Minecraft. Works great, helped out a lot in performance. I think I about maxed out the CPU.

Now that I’m idle and or just watching YouTube, my CPU is fluctuating between 26°c and 40°. Lots of weird and random spikes. I have a kraken 360 AIO so it’s an overkill but I usually chill at less than 30°. I know that spikes like these happen even without overclocking, is it cause I changed the CPU voltage to 1.350v ? Someone explain to me like I’m 5 pls
