Hello, I’m fairly new to homelabs and bought this NIC from Ali Express. I have an x16 slot in my Cisco C220M4 Proxmox server but this one turned out to x8, a silly mistake for not checking. However, I found out that it should still work, so I plugged it in, connected it to the router. I see lights blinking however, I do not see my router showing it in the connected devices. I tried it in my Windows PC, again X16, same thing happened, LEDs blinking but not getting detected, the device manager didnt show anything. How can I make it work? Thanks for your time and help.
