Hungarian Arrow cross party’s symbol was quite similar to this, like the half of the sign on the flag. They were also against communists, as they were literal nazis.

Arrow cross. Just double the cross and you can get the sign on the flag. For me it looks like 2 crosses rotated 45 degrees
