Because neither of them have any behaviors worth emulating unless your goal is to hate women.
Not to mention the overlap is enormous. Many wannabe pick-up artists are incels, many “successful” pick-up artists remain as bitter about women as any incel.
That’s like saying cars and motorcycles are the same type of vehicle because both use gasoline and cause global warming.
I feel like that’s a false equivalency. If you want to reach total misogyny even faster, choose any method you wish.
