this is worst than “attack plans”. It is authorization for ad hoc missile strikes similar to Houthi/Gaza targets where random apartment buildings plausibly housing a target are razed. This is already authorized.
Canada, by the way,l as one of the first of its endless acts of submission in face of the US’s economic destruction plan for the country, supported this “terrorist designation” and by extension, bombing authorization.
Germany drew up plans to attack Poland. History repeats itself.
Canada is watching anxiously, as our neoliberal federal and provincial governments fail to prove they understand the danger.
