  • As peacefully and painlessly as possible. Preferably as little inconvenience to others as well. I hope to have all my affairs well in order and they better not pay money to put me in a box in the ground. I’ve told every family member I can. Donate what you can to others if possible and donate the rest to science for some med students to get practice.

From the very moment you start working your first job, put 5 to 10% of every paycheck into a 401K and or IRA account. Start this as early as possible so that you might stand a chance of retiring one day. Do NOT depend on social security or anyone else to care for you when you are old. Sure wish my parents had engrained this idea into my head …instead I’m starting late and will pay dearly for the missed years of contributions.

  • My doctor tried me on Wellbutrin when I first asked for meds for ADHD. Didn’t do shit for me . Like I felt absolutely nothing changed while on it. Then he kept trying me on other stimulants like Adderall etc that are in generics, made me feel shitty and angry. I was like…give me the Vyvanse pleeeeease! Finally he let me get on Vyvanse. Loved it. Was on it for about 10 years or so. Stopped taking it several years ago just a personal choice and I still suffer from ADHD pretty bad but I feel like I am able to survive at this point in my life without the meds now. Not in school and dont have a super high stress job anymore. No side effects when stopping meds cold turkey either.
