I’m frothing at the mouth because it’s distorted, making an easy comparison by visuals impossible. The numbers don’t match the size of the pies

I swear, the rich are truly buying their own bullshit at this point. They seem to genuinely think that the peasants enjoy being fucked as hard as absolutely possible. They have made these arguments repeatedly about many horrible practices they do.
Finance leaders try to claim that frontrunning users purchases and banking the difference, is somehow beneficial to the customer.
They are all fucking deranged.
Hmm… How shall we win these votes from the lower class? Should we listen to their complaints and plights? Should we come up with ideas that resonate with the populace and excites them so they actually want to come out to vote for us rather than it being a feeling of obligation?
No. Let’s not do any of that, let’s just take bribes from the rich and do whatever they say. Then we can blame the left for being uninspired by our outrageous greed!
You realize there is a difference between ‘popular’ and ‘implemented,’ right?
Popular opinion has virtually no impact on policy, unless you’re rich. This article describes the relationship.
“Not only do ordinary citizens not have uniquely substantial power over policy decisions, they have little or no independent influence on policy at all."
Why did you bring up China? Wasn’t involved in the conversation, doesn’t qualify as a communist nation, hasn’t claimed to be for a while actually.
Sure China has done some impressive things but those two “weak-ass” arguments you brought up are neither weak nor small. China is an authoritarian state that abuses its people. You could unfortunately say that about many counties though.
The libertarian mind cannot comprehend this.
I find it amusing you think Israel’s goal is to rescue the hostages. They really don’t give a shit. It’s an excuse to cleanse the land for future settlement. Simple as that.
You’re my kind of people.
It’s also helpful to remember that water boils at 100C and your body temp is about 36-37C. Helps me when I see the weather or something.
I’m plenty enraged for all of us, believe me. I’ve been seeing red for a fucking decade.
That being said, more rage please.
I do often daydream about what magical stories were told around campfires for those tens of thousands of years… How many Odyssian struggles did people endure? How many wars and conquests will we never even know the combatants existed, let alone what they were fighting about or how they did so.
There is endless mystery in our past and I wish we could see even a glimpse of it.
Except it’s not one car. It’s MILLIONS everywhere you go. Inescapable. As much as cigarettes were in the 70’s. Did we do something to change that, I can’t really remember…?
But with a powerful enough telescope, you just … Like… Fucking LOOK AT the beginning of time. The instant that instants became. There is a lot of theory about why it looks like that (all based on math you could never possibly understand) but it’s not just a bunch of half baked dudes on a couch coming up with “theories” as you seem to use the word.
[insert article about how ALL OF US are tragically underpaid and most struggle]
I would have preferred if the bullet that hit him had done its job. He’s a piece of authoritarian Christian trash. The world is only worse for him having lived.
The concept of changing the species through genetic manipulation with intention as opposed to wild flailings of evolution (which is why I would consider to be eugenics) is not inherently evil, nor does it require anything horrible. As the poster above said, it is just often used as an excuse to do horrible things.
They buried them in shallow graves or even did sky burials where the body is left for the carrion eaters to strip the bones and then they collect and bury the bones. The concept of burial practices themselves have only been around for approx. 120,000 years but that doesn’t mean they were burying them all in one location 6 feet deep. It’s just scattered randomly in shallow pits/caves.
When we find any signs of long term habitation from that time, we often do find bones there. But there are really just not that many sites with that depth of information available.
Until they are too afraid to leave their bunkers, we haven’t done enough. As long as they HAVE bunkers, we haven’t done enough.
My earliest (or one of) memory is of me when. I was 6 with a steak knife pointed at my jugular crying and trying to will up the courage to do it.
Things I did not improve greatly from there. I remember very little of my childhood or really any part of my life. Bits and pieces here and there.
Guys, I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but I think I might be depressed.
