I’m in the same boat, but am realizing that I do miss the conversations around the hype train. When you play a game that came out several years ago, it’s harder to have a conversation about it.
Still trying to find that happy medium, but not buy games I won’t play.
The difficult part is that I’m not working late by choice, but by obligation. I don’t want my family to remember me losing my job and any downstream effects from that.
Luckily there’s only a few weeks per year that are crunch time and require me to stay late.
iPhone 13 Pro Max. Switched over from android (Galaxy S6) when the iPhone X came out, used that for 4 years, decided I liked it better than android due to iMessage, upgraded when it was time. I mostly use my phone for texting and browsing Reddit (RIP Apollo)
Electro Convulsive Therapy - they literally shock your brain at high voltages for 10-15 minutes a few times per session.
In my opinion, its extremely under-studied and over prescribed. It should be a completely last ditch attempt extreme cases of treatment resistant depression.
