Has any info been leaked about the profit margin Steam Decks are for Valve?

I get it’s a loss leader to increase Steam software purchases, but would be neat to know how much of any they earn per deck.

Ha I run a game store and it’s finnally good to see things like Blades in the Dark, Mork Borg, Alice is Missing, Avatar, Cyberpunk, and Pathfinder knock a percent or two into the D&D Market share.

I made the mistake of saying I use Photopea instead of Photoshop on a forum. The adobe mafia slammed me into oblivion for that one 😆

I view freedom more about living without fear rather than doing what you want, which often leads down the don’t give a rats ass as long as you aren’t terrifying others over it.

Maybe someday libertarians will increase in the upcoming decades 🙂

To sum up, if you work in a business that relies on tips, you will defend the crap out of tipping and will be biased towards tipping uncontrollably.

If you are a business that wants to squeeze every penny, you will encourage and propaganda tipping as much as you can.

If you are anyone else you will wish for something different.

I recommend that you tip when the app says to tip, just simplify your life and if a screen says add a tip choose the minimum for now and don’t worry about it yet.

I like I can say the words Tiannamen and Square and not feel like bots are out to get me 🙂

And bottle water runs rampant in the US. I can name at least 8 brands of water it’s so commercialized 😆

I think the chubbyemu video had the best summary where it simply says do not eat instead of something like contacting poison control or a more serious warning.

Another amusing thing is the old Jeff foxworthy line: you know why it says Do Not Eat? Because someone ate it. Imagine buying a camcorder, seeing a little pouch of marbles and thinking ‘im gonna eat this’

As far as franchised products based films it’s very rewatchable and I imagine will be a comfort movie on the future.

Id put it just a little below the Lego Movie for quality for what’s essentially an advertisement movie. No complaints however.

As a D&D fan it hits the sweet spots of references but not to feel like it’s pandering (see Super Mario Movie). What they add is at least relevant somehow. For a die hard D&D fan you can feel the die rolls going on in the movie.

I imagine Hasbro will kill or ruin Studio One somehow which is a shame I would want more of these kind of D&D movies

I use my steam deck for work sometimes.

I log in my work site, export order lists to office cal, import them to my vendor sitesostly.

I have had no problem running MS Edge (sincey logins), Office Libre works fine, mouse, keyboard, and second monitor work fine with no slowdown for me.

The only thing I can’t get working is printing otherwise I can scrap my older office PC
