I’m unable to do a goddamn thing.

The dog was barking really loud today. It was like being punched in the head over and over. It triggered my sensitivity so bad I had to go put in earplugs and cover my eyes and lay in bed for hours. I feel fucking useless.

Before I self-realized my neurodivergence, I went through a period of considering if I maybe had Bipolar 2, and took some antipsychotics. They did nothing, it was like taking a sugar pill.

I took ONE pill of aripiprazole and it gave me akathisia (like restless leg but for your whole body) within hours. Never took it again lol.

I thought they already took over Reddit. Didn’t they hire that ex-CIA lady right before banning chapo? And just looking at the state of r/worldnews…

I understand your panic, I feel it too.

But the more I learn, the more I realize that fascism is right here, right now (and maybe we’ve even always been fascist?? I heard that America is what nazi Germany would look like if they won the war and 200+ years had passed for them to rewrite history etc).

This is happening. So prepare accordingly.

Finally found a therapist who actually understands autism. Just started seeing her. Hopefully it helps. Sry I don’t have any thoughts on the book right now I’m emotionally tired lol.

It is a tough choice tbh!

After covid started I stopped bothering to get a haircut and let my hair grow all the way down to my butt. People compliment me on it and stuff but it’s actually kinda bothering me in a sensory way. It’s always getting in the way, getting tangled, so then I tie it up in a bun, but then that bothers my scalp sometimes, and then it’s a pain to wash and dry it and brush it, and it keeps getting more and more split ends as time goes on. Maaannn… I might just cut it. But it’s so cool to have like, Rapunzel hair, or fuckin like, braided long-ass Valkryie hair you know? Takes years to grow that shit out. Idk… I’ve been going back and forth on it for months.
