I also find the fact that the Emancipation Proclamation did not free slaves living in border States, but only States that seceded to corroborate this.

That being said, Lincoln had long been know to oppose slavery and supported its abolition.

So I haven’t seen any of what you are talking about, and I’m an avid consumer of NPR. I love that they generally avoid rage bait and present the news in a calm yet accurate manner.

That being said, I am open to being persuaded if you can present some solid evidence.

I’ll bite, here’s a little list of the top of my head.

1. They’ve had a failed invasion of Ukraine
2. Rampant corruption
3. Putin is getting old and frail
4. Russia has a struggling economy where “Fortress Russia” is starting to fall short
5. Drone strikes from Ukraine have been able to target major Russian cities.
6. There was a mini-coup attempt by one of Putin’s closest allies where a standing army nearly made it to Moscow while shooting down multiple Russian military aircraft.

Yeah, the man literally had a show on RT. He’s problematic at best.
