I dont think FPTP is an issue, here in my country, despite FPTP we have seen many national parties rise, collapse since independence, regional parties’ influence in national politics also increased exponentially in recent elections. I know FPTP is kind of rotten but dont think thats stopping smaller parties to rise.

there’s a reason two party system sucks and should be counted as autocracy, where two parties control the system for centuries, who knows if they have shaken hands in backdoors to loot the country and do nothing for people. Two party system is infact worse than autocracy.

People here in rural areas are very smart, they understood how modi is weakening our democracy. Only god knows when educated elite class will get brain.
