Are your ages permanent? As in, you’re not getting older and not getting younger?

I get it. I face similar problems - not with locker rooms, because I don’t do any sports, but with looking in general. I don’t really have a conscious awareness of how my eyes appear (or what body part my vision is coming from at all, because it often feels like I’m looking at things from chest level), so I know I would not really be able to control whether I’m visibly staring somewhere I shouldn’t be or no. The only option is not to look at the person at all.
