We literally changed our logo to a pride flag for June and featured queer friendly OTHER sites.
We’re all just a bunch of nerds, spending our free time, trying to build something neato.

The site admins are below the org operations team, so you can “go to their boss” / “talk to a manager” if you have a issue you feel is being handled unfairly.
