I’ve been very impressed with the richness of the sound that comes out of such a moderately sized box. It’s certainly not a hifi surround system, but it’s a huge upgrade from the little rechargeable unit i had before.
Overall, very happy with it.

I miss the crew from r/woodstoving. It’s about the time of year to be posting our wood stacks and testing the moisture content and commenting about cooler nights making us think about firing up the ole stove!

I found that a second set of rims and a splurge on an impact wrench paid for themselves in about 2 years.

Just found a new spot in Portland Maine that I’ll probably mever make it to (but sure would like to!).
Our heater is set to 60F in the winter.
If i want it warmer than that (usually) it’s up to me to keep the wood stove fired and fed!

Is that an actual thing? I diy’d some of that by shoving a bunch of steel-wool into the foam while it was wet. Seems to have worked.
We became much better at doing that during covid. We all have enough stress already, we don’t need to take yours too!
