IANAL but my understanding is the grand jury’s job is to decide whether or not to indict based on evidence presented to them. Once indictment is recommended by the grand jury, and a plea of “not guilty” is made then it goes to trial, where a new trial jury is selected. The original grand jury members aren’t even part of the actual trial if an indictment is recommended. In this instance, the grand jury recommended indictments and soon after their info was leaked and then threats were made. There shouldn’t have been any pressured bias due to death threats in the decision to indict, because it happened after the fact.

I took it to mean they are withholding insulin from anyone that doesn’t have Russian citizenship. Price or no price.

Mosquera sent back, Lopez no value, and Sosa can’t stay healthy, and when he is can’t string together good performances. Sucks to lose Ibarra to roster rules. The U22 initiative is supposed to incentivize teams to take flyers on young players, but they failed to build in a mechanism for when they pan out and a team is stuck with the contract. MLS may do well to add a buyout specifically for U22 initiative players.

I love Gutman, but I think he’s lost a step since his injury. He’s completely disruptive when he goes forward and gets in the box, but his defense mistakes have cost us. Overall this is probably a good move by the FO. Unload an underperforming player to enable a defensive midfielder signing with an international slot. I hope Gutman can find his form and success at Colorado.
