Step 1 - get a bunch of data
Step 2 - make graphs fit shape your looking for by adjusting the axes
Step 3 - use the graphs that look good to prove your point
To do what, demonstrate the SIR model is an extremely idealised model? Surely you’d figure out that just trying to make the graphs make sense
