Lol like he’s applying on easy mode which means that instead of hearing silence for 100 applications and then getting an interview, you hear nothing from your first 10 and then get the job from a “vet-friendly” company. I guess it’s difficult to see that if you only apply to 3-5 places though lol
he might have applied a few places and got blanked but that’s just what applying for jobs is like
