I didn’t sleep last night and it’s making me feel depressed all over again.

Just gotta get through the day.

    My dad has a CPAP and i think its helped him? I vaguely remember my mother saying he hates it but that it helps a lot. Took some getting use to i think. Sleep apnea sounds like a removed though
