minus-squaretrex@kbin.socialOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up3·1 year agoIf I remember correct: put them on at 12pm, temperature at 135c (275f). wrapped at 4pm in butcher paper. put into a cooler to rest at about 5pm. rested for 1h15. I used smokingdadbbq his video as a guideline.
