Axios leaving off the “in privately, reportedly” should be enough to ban the source.

That is supermarket tabloid level of journalism.

Be angry at the person leaving out "Report: " from the article in this post, not Axios. It’s very clear that Axios is reporting on private conversations from its title and contents.

And their source is pulled from an NYT article, so they add absolutely nothing.

Indeed, Mr. Trump has often been in a foul mood the past few weeks. He has ranted about Ms. Harris. He has called her “nasty,” on “Fox & Friends,” and a “bitch,” repeatedly, in private, according to two people who heard the remark on different occasions.

You know that’s how much of journalism works, right? A single outlet will break a story, and then other outlets will report on that story, citing that original outlet as the source. They directly link to the NYT in the Axios article.

Axios themselves do investigative reporting too, and it’s healthy for outlets to report on the stories of other outlets.

      100% projection.

She should instantly challenge him and call him a bitch right back.

Pepper him in the media with his draft dodging cowardice and his hiding from debates right in his fat orange face.

She should call him a whiny little bitch.

His followers don’t care about his draft dodge. But they will cry about Trump being called a little bitch boy.

I think he may know the basics of it, but how much is another question. Another couple of weeks like the last couple of weeks and the down ballot may be running away from him. If that happens, he may have the view of the extent of his problems. Of course, he’ll go into denial first but then it will be too late.

Some advice I received as a kid from a relative who navigated early adulthood in the 70s: If someone calls you a bitch it probably means you’re doing something right.

That statement definitely applies here with the full force of the nuance intended.

There are certain people that I am happy when I find out they don’t like me. It’s like a badge of honor. I would be offended if they liked me.

Harris has got to feel that way about this.

Former President Trump has been in a foul mood the past few weeks and has repeatedly called Vice President a “bitch” in private, the N.Y. Times’ Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan report.

Why is this news? I assume he does stuff like this anyway.

Would be better to focus on Harris and Walz policies instead. Stuff like this just gives Trump the attention he craves

Well yeah. He’s a shilling, narcissistic, crass, foolish, idiotic, small, decrepit, abusive, asshole who refuses to acknowledge his own significant shortfalls, causes boundless issues for everyone involved with him, and is fundamentally a horrible human being who has somehow managed to survive this long despite being a moron.

If you read the article, you’ll see he said it in private which has nothing to do with public statements. But, why read the article when you can write something right off the headline, right?

Umm, I have no clue what you’re trying to say. I know what happened, I read the stupid article.

What a weird argument for you to make, though, being that it’s entirely irrelevant. And, you know, weird.

You’re taking a stupid issue more stupid, like others of you ilk.

If you don’t think politicians, including Harris, call each other names including swearing in private, then take the next train to LA LA Land.
