I see next to my name a circle thing. Like a loading circle, except it doesn’t spin, and all the ticks are lit up.
What is that?
I’ve also seen next to other users two symbols of an exclamation point inside a red triangle. Like a warning. But what’s it mean?

The symbol next to your name means ‘new user’ - you’ve had your account less than a week.
The red triangles are ‘low reputation’ - someone who has been downvoted a lot, or someone who’s only posted in communities considered ‘low quality’ (e.g. meme communities), because upvotes for posts in those communities don’t increase a user’s reputation score.
