Another of my staples - you can prepare the tuna ahead of time and let it marinate, then make the harissa potatoes, throw the tuna on a griddle pan and perhaps throw some green beans on there for an extra vegetable.

It’s a real winner - prep is no time at all, so you can throw it together earlier in the day and then when you are ready to eat cook them up in no time. I imagine that, if you’re careful you could potentially grill them too.
