I just unlocked the back lever so fucking awesome. Bodyweight has been the best thing that ever happened to me.
I’ve unlocked it once, a few years ago, but I fell out of practice.
I gotta get it back. And muscle ups. For realzies this time.

Not really, I have been running for a few weeks once per day whenever possible
Third day of doing planks for a minute. Could be worse!
