This is a primarily Eucalyptus cloeziana lot planted 30 years ago by a guy now in his 80s and will be allowed to convert to a drier rainforest with some possible thinning for product. I took out the tools to remove some weeds breaking in from surrounding properties. It was a cow paddock prior. I believe it had deep ripping (which was standard in the 80s-90s) and approximately 1000 Eucs went in.
