I agree with your sentiment wholeheartedly as long as you don’t sign off with “and that’s why I didn’t vote in 2024.”
Millions of people did exactly that, and so now we get Trump again.

I don’t see my point in your comment, and I won’t even add a nonsensical hypothetical that you didn’t say.
Sometimes people add a “however I still voted for Harris” at the end of their comment to establish they’re not one of the dummies that uses your logic to stay home and not vote.
I was trying to feel out whether that was how you felt, and add an explicit negative judgement of that kind of thinking for anyone who felt that way.
I think not doing so is how you get applause from people who handed the election to Trump, kinda like how being a free speech advocate often collects nazi approval unless you explicitly denounce them.
