The weird thing is I don’t think I ever actually heard him stutter. He speaks incoherently and says inappropriate things but he doesn’t repeat the first sounds of his words. It never really made sense as an excuse.
He has a stutter.
Homes are no longer meant to be owned by individual buyers. They’re meant to be accessible only to investors to then rent out to the people who ordinarily would be buying them.
I’ll probably get dunked on for saying this but I feel like “gusano” is kind of a racist term. It’s an insult only used against people of a specific descent and I usually see white people use it against people of color of Cuban descent, but never against white people with the exact same viewpoints who are white. It strikes me as racist but accepted because it’s used against shitty people with shitty views.
If capitalism was a house
What.
How long is “forever”? When it comes to digital media, forever could be as close as a couple of months away.
No, the question was “how long is ‘forever’”, not “how far away is ‘forever’”
I could have sworn Signs was a legitimately good movie when I saw it as a kid but I rewatched it recently and it’s absurdly bad. The acting is terrible and the cinematography is nonsensical. Roger Ebert gave it a full four stars. I’m convinced there’s a universe I grew up in where it was good and it’s the same one Ebert is from.
I just listened to it. Save yourself. I’ve been so thoroughly owned with facts and knowledge - almost all of which did not care for my feelings - that there’s no coming back. It’s over for me.
Even if Texas seceded and they were able to “defend the border their way” they couldn’t to it as thoroughly as the federal government is currently doing it.
My mom used 23 and me last year and created an account with 2FA. Their 2FA fucked up and never sent the code. She spent weeks on the phone with customer service but they just shuffled her around. I tried to talk to them but it was just “I’ll escalate this to my manager” and then they’d never call back. Then we tried to get a refund and they refused, so they basically stole 40 bucks from my mom. They probably never enforced 2FA because they knew it didn’t work and didn’t want to bog down their nonexistent customer service with complaints about their fucked up 2FA. I looked online and my mom wasn’t the only one with this issue. So in that sense, they are responsible IMO.
I’m learning guitar with the hopes of one day being able to write music that brings country back to its roots as anti status quo music of the proletariat and oppressed
Who’s your management company?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I don’t think he’ll drop out but he’ll probably be significantly less present on the campaign trail this year. I think he’ll probably win. Despite the impact that his support for the atrocities being committed in Gaza has had on his approval rating amongst democrats, I predict they’ll probably still vote for him come November. Things feel a bit more normal now to middle class suburban whites and the stock market is doing well. More than that, I really don’t think the energy is there for Trump anymore. Plus, a lot of Trump’s supporters have died since 2016, and a lot of younger voters who tend to go for Democratic candidates have come of age in the last 8 years. We’ll see - as we all know attempting to predict elections is a fools errand, and a lot can happen between now and November. But I just don’t see the excitement for Trump anymore the way there was 8 years ago. What is this guys prediction even based on? Just sheer guessing? Are we supposed to take his random guesses more seriously than any other person’s because of his job title?
Indeed, if the restaurants, bars, and cultural institutions near Sutton’s home in Nashville had been as easily accessible when she lived in the suburbs, she said, she might never have felt the pull back to the city.
Wait, isn’t that what the author is claiming caused the issue in the first place? That millennials’ insatiable and entitled thirst for craft cocktails and restaurants is what’s pricing them out of cities?
Imagine if this was over something like a parking ticket
I went to dinner last night with some friends and brought this up. One of them told me he’d never heard of Jeffrey Epstein. I gave him the synopsis but by the time I got to the “suicide” I could tell he thought I was either making it up or had fallen for some conspiracy theory. What’s more baffling is that he lives in NY.
