Itemization in that game is so pathetic compared to Dota. There is just a “the support item” and the one (1) support must manually purchase it because they will ruin their one (1) hard carry’s game if they earn money another way and therefore they can’t earn money without The Support Item.

yeah I don’t really have chronic shoulder pain. I just did something to it today in a moment, and hopefully it only takes a few days or weeks to fully recover. lol

not a bit, but a nightmare

oh thank god, I finally got my shirt off. Thanks to the 600 mg ibuprofen I think.

Hurt my shoulder at the gym this morning. I was using the chest press machine, and I heard a crunch (like cracking knuckles) in my right shoulder and now it hurts if I move my arm forward or rotate it inwards. Can’t even take my shirt off now.

I don’t know what kind of injury this is. Hyperextension? Hopefully it’s better in a day or two and I don’t have to see a doctor or do some kind of PT/rehab.
