Anyone watched it? Don’t want to spoil anything, but it was an interesting way to end the season.

still wondering where her tongue came from
It’s deliberately ambiguous, but :

either the cleaning ladies or the ghost/microbe-reanimated vengeful zombie of annie k.
I was hoping there’d be more spooky stuff in it like S1 but it was a good little 6 episode thing
I liked how it turned the supernatural on its head at the end. Very cathartic ending for me.
The magical realism was a really good fit. It still leaves some mystical bits unanswered which strikes a nice balance for me.

The scene of the women slowly gathering together in solidarity was really well done.
yea that part was nice

but in that scene there was also the latent implication that “we’ll fucking kill you pigs too if you push this” which was also dope

though i’m unsure how to take angie’s ending. did she walk out onto the ice to die from exposure? did She (whoever She may be) decide She wanted her (remember when the elder was talking she said something about “we thought that if She didn’t want them, they’d at least have their clothes even if they were half frozen to death”)? she shows up in the last scene, but they say that nobody really leaves Ennis? poignant, but i felt like her character had more to live for so her just joining her sister out on the ice left a bad taste in my mouth, but maybe that’s not the point? i guess that part is lost on my dumb white ass.
or is that just another story they tell?
indeed, I think I’d have to rewatch the last 20 mins a few times to try to unravel that a bit more

it’s not exactly clear in my memory when Navarro ‘disappears’
I don’t recall her talking to anyone beside Danvers and the women after the blizzard, so maybe she was already a spirit at that point? maybe I’m not remembering correctly though

that was just the story they fed to the cough lol feds at the end. in all honesty she’s probably hiding out (with qavvik maybe <3 <3)
ya, it’s actually compelling enough to warrant a careful rewatch, and that’s pretty impressive
we were here before you and will be here after you’re gone
I was expecting eight episodes so the fact that it ended took my by surprise. I also thought they’d go into more detail on whatever scientific project they were doing that they felt was worth poisoning an entire town. But maybe modern TV has conditioned me to await answers to every question any viewer would reasonably ask.
